AyeWork ("AyeWork," "we," "our," or "us") operates the AyeWork mobile and web-based platform (the "Platform"), an AI-powered volunteer and workforce engagement service. We value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy.

Profile & Engagement Information: Skills, qualifications, education, availability, interests, volunteer hours, applications, and activity history.
Verification Data: Information used to confirm identity, hours, or eligibility, such as ID, references, or background checks where applicable.
Communications: Messages, support requests, and content you submit through the Platform or our contact form.
b. Information Automatically Collected
Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, and how you interact with the Platform.
Location Data: If you enable location permissions, we collect approximate or precise location to improve opportunity matching and relevance.
Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance.
c. Information from Third Parties
We may receive data from identity verification providers, analytics partners, or partner organizations that help us operate and secure the Platform.

AI-Powered Matching: To connect volunteers, students, job seekers, employers, schools, and community organizations based on skills, availability, location, and goals. Matches are recommendations only — final decisions rest with you and the participating organizations.
Hour Tracking & Verification: To record, verify, and report volunteer hours and engagement.
Safety & Security: To confirm identity, prevent fraud, and protect the Platform and its users.
Personalization: To surface relevant opportunities, recommendations, and updates.
Analytics & Performance: To understand how the Platform is used and to improve the experience.
Communication: To send notifications, reminders, service updates, and automated engagement messages (you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time).
4. Sharing Your Information
We share your information only as necessary to operate the Platform:
With Other Users & Organizations: Relevant profile and engagement details may be visible to employers, schools, or community organizations you apply to, are matched with, or participate with.
Service Providers: Trusted third parties that help us host servers, verify identities, deliver email, or analyze performance, under confidentiality obligations.
Legal & Safety Requirements: When required by law or regulation, or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
We never sell your personal information.

9. Students & Minors
AyeWork may be used by students, including minors, in connection with volunteer and school programs. Where required, we rely on schools, parents, or guardians to provide appropriate consent before a minor uses the Platform.
If you believe a minor has provided us personal information without proper consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Data Location
AyeWork is built and operated in Ontario, Canada. Your information may be processed and stored in Canada and, where our service providers operate, in other jurisdictions that maintain adequate safeguards.

When we do, we will update the Effective Date and notify users through the Platform or by email.
Continued use of AyeWork after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
